SEBI bars Gensol Engineering promoters to put stock split on hold over fund diversion
SEBI has barred Gensol Enginnering promoters to put the upcoming stock split action on hold over falsification of reports and find diversion. SEBI has appointed a forensic auditor to examine books of Gensol Engineering.
It has also barred Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi from being directors in the company
