Parag Chaturvedi joins Fox C Mandal as an Associate Partner.


Fox C Mandal is pleased to announce that Parag Chaturvedi has joined the firm as an Associate Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group.

Parag has over 10 years of experience in handling high-stakes arbitration and litigation matters, regularly appearing before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts. He also appears before the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Chandigarh Arbitration Centre, Madhya Pradesh Arbitral Tribunal, and in various ad-hoc arbitrations. His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, and public utilities, where he has successfully represented clients in complex commercial disputes.

Parag has represented prominent clients such as SPML Infra Ltd, Paharpur Cooling Towers Ltd, Kolkata Port Trust, Ambuja Neotia, Berger Paints, and Simplex Infrastructures Ltd, among others
